 Upshur Agency, Inc. was founded in 1971 as a real estate appraisal and consultation firm.  In 1973 the services were expanded to include oil, gas and coal land services providing Landmen to the producers operating in the Appalachian Basin. We currently provide landmen to oil and gas companies operating in WV, KY, TN and PA.  Our current Appraisal and consulting staff has over 60 years of combined experience in real estate appraisal (Preservation, Conservation, Commercial and residential), consulting and brokerage.  Upshur Agency statement of purpose is a commitment to provide our clients with quality service and reliable, credible real estate expertise for a reasonable cost.
